What a fun way to bond with your baby and have a much needed stretch yourself!
The course is designed to engage your baby through movement and song, whilst the exercises help aid circulation, posture and physical and mental development. Mamas will also move through a sequence of gentle stretches to help ease back, SHOULDER and neck pain.
