i spent 16 years working my way around the world, I quickly discovered I couldn't travel without sport or fitness. I started my wellbeing journey back in the Swiss mountains, where outdoor adventure was at my finger tips. Inspired by others I threw myself into the gym, which led me wanting to help other people learn how fitness could also inspire them, not only physically but mentally too.

I love fitness and seeing the joy it brings people, especially when I'm ASSISTING to set goals and hold people accountable. STRENGTH training has countless benefits no matter your age or stage in life.

Back in 2020 I embarked on my biggest transition in life-MOTHERHOOD!

From the start of my pregnancies to this day, I am learning so much. being a Mama to two young children is exhausting and exhilarating at the same time. Through my experiences it became clear i wanted to help other women with their transitions. My desire is to coach women to gain strength, raise their confidence and self belief, as well as, being comfortable in their own skin.

I've spent years teaching various fitness classes in Australia, London and Switzerland . Once I became pregnant I had a whole new understanding of how my body could move and most importantly how it couldn't, which led me to further my qualifications and become a prenatal specialist. I also qualified in baby massage and baby yoga, knowing I would be coaching Mama's it made sense to be able to offer our little humans part of the fun too.

Coaching women entering into these amazing times of their lives, feeling strong and prepared for the changes ahead is important to me. I will continue to raise awareness of the benefits of a positive relationship with health and fitness and how to stay away from toxic diet culture! There is no quick fix or bounce back, so let that go! Finding a way to move which you enjoy is the key to consistency and I'm here to support that.
